General terms and conditions of purchase and use of the site www.alloramangia.eu

1 - Owner

The www.alloramangia.eu site is intended as a B2C online sales site, therefore addressed to the final consumer (hereinafter the User). Therefore, Legislative Decree no. n. 206 of 6/9/2005 and subsequent amendments in particular with regard to the discipline of withdrawal and, more generally, the provisions that pursuant to the Consumer Code apply only to "Consumers". 2 - Registration

The User who accesses the site to make purchases is required, before placing an order, to carefully read these General conditions. In order to use the service, registration is required by the User who must truthfully and completely provide the data requested in the registration form and accept the Privacy Policy according to the information and these general conditions. The user is required to keep their login credentials and will be solely responsible for all activities that will be carried out on the site in association with their credentials.

3 - Products

Information regarding the products and packages offered for sale are available on the page of the site dedicated to them. The images depicting the products on sale correspond to a photographic representation of the same.

4 - Purchase procedure

The prices are expressed in Euros (€) and are to be understood as inclusive of VAT. The selling prices of the products may vary according to the sales agreements between the manufacturer and the customer. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the individual product and vary according to the amount of the purchase and destination and are expressly indicated in the order summary.
To complete the purchase procedure, the User must select the product, add it to the "cart" and complete the check-out by entering the shipping, billing and selecting the chosen payment method. The conclusion of the contract is subject to payment of the price and shipping indicated in the order summary form. Once the transaction is confirmed, an order confirmation message will be displayed.
Orders are to be considered always irrevocable. Once the order has been received by the Owner, it is to be considered definitive and the products will be immediately prepared for shipment, any additions must be managed as a new order.

5 - Delivery terms

For orders received, they will be processed within 3/7 working days.
Orders received on Saturday or Sunday, or on holidays, will be processed on the working day following the date of the order.
In the event of an error in the choice of shipping, the Owner reserves the right to charge the correct shipping costs later (in any case prior to sending the goods). Until we receive the payment of the correct shipping costs the order will not be shipped.

6 - Methods of payment

The payment methods available to the user are described on the order page (PayPal, Credit Card or other electronic payment systems). The owner does not come into contact with the data provided by the user and the site does not store credit card data.

7 - Receipt of payment

For each order placed, the Owner will issue an electronic invoice that will be received by the customer at the same time as the collection of the goods via Email.

8 - Delivery

The delivery times, if feasible, will still be reported in the order form, except for delays or unforeseen events not dependent on the will of the owner. The owner is not responsible for failure or late delivery of the goods due to inaccuracy in the information indicated by the user (e.g. incorrect delivery address indication) or for problems arising after delivery)

9 - Right of withdrawal

The User has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without providing explanations and without penalty. To exercise this right, you must send the owner a communication within 10 days from the date of receipt of the products by email. Once the communication has been received, the Seller will communicate the instructions on how to return it to the Customer. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Seller will reimburse the User the full amount of the returned goods including shipping costs, if applicable.
